All papers will be peer-reviewed before being accepted for presentation at the conference, and published in the conference proceedings.

In order to submit your abstract, you first need to create an Easychair account (free), unless you already have one. You will be required to register on the conference management system, where you will find further instructions.

 

All works must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Please follow the guidelines below:

 

Abstracts: There is no template for the abstract, therefore follow Easychair’s template. The abstract must briefly outline background, methodology and results/findings. Must be in English language, less than 250 words and in word or pdf format.

Camera-Ready Final Full Paper Deadline for Inclusion in the Proceedings: August 30, 2019

Each registered author can present a maximum of 2 papers and a paper can only be included in the proceeding after one of the paper’ authors is registered. However, a registered author on reduced rate (student rate, reduced ARPEDAC rate, multiple registration reduced rate) can present a maximum of 1 paper.

 

Posters: The maximum allowed size for posters is 90 cm width and 120 cm height. All lower sizes are accepted. There is no template for the poster.

For your consideration when developing your poster we would like to provide some instructions:

• Project title.

• Names and institutional affiliation of Principal Investigators.

• Brief statements of introduction: including the core research questions, indicating what challenge this research wants to deal with/solve, why and with whom.

• Organisational and institutional affiliations of collaborating partners.

• Method, research procedure, expected results, references 3-5 entries().

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alternative Submission Option
Authors who do not wish to submit full papers for the proceedings but would only like to submit a presentation must submit 200-300 word abstracts and their 15-20 minute Power Point slides by September 22nd, 2019 for distribution at the conference.
These Power Point slides will be included along with the Conference Proceedings on the USB memory sticks that will be distributed at the conference.

 

These slides, however, will not be considered as part of the Conference Proceedings, but will later be made available on the SECAM 2019 website.
